Linhao Chen is currently a Modem Performance and Architecture Engineer at Qualcomm.

He graduated from the University of California, Davis with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and a minor in Economics. Before studying at UC Davis, he had two years of college education at the University of California, Santa Cruz with a major in Computer Engineering.

He came from China and received his K-12 education in homecity Hangzhou. He had the majority of his life in Jianggan District (now merged into Shangcheng District).

He used to be the radio-controlled car (R/C) player and stopped playing it as he moved his focus to the computer science field. He has participated in three National Youth R/C Championships in 1:10 Electric On-Road, 1:10 Electric 4WD Off-Road, 1:10 IC On-Road, 1:8 IC Off-Road, and 1:10 Formula One. His best score at the national level competition is second place (Silver Medal). He also received Gold Medals in the Zhejiang R/C Championship, Jianggan District Youth R/C Championship, and Mark Cup Open. Throughout 5-year-focusing on R/C, he received over 20 awards in multiple professional and educational (U-18) competitions. He also played radio-controlled boat and aviation models with many awards in Jianggan District and Hangzhou Youth Tech Festivals.

He is interested in designing digital artwork via multiple computer software. He has been an executive/audio-visual director for many ceremonies, and festivals held in Hangzhou High School, Qianjiang Campus. He is also a big fan of photography, traveling, soccer(Força Barça), and coffee.
